Lynn is CEO of NT Logistics, a Frisco-based, full-service, third-party logistics provider (3PL) he founded in 1999. NT Logistics is an addition to Lynn’s original firm, North Texas Carrier Corp, an asset-based contract carrier company he started in 1988.
During its 25+ year history, NT Logistics has been recognized multiple times by the SMU Cox School of Business and the Dallas Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Lynn has been a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
A native of Gunter, Texas, Lynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas (UNT) in 1987. He was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from UNT in 2021 and inducted into the G. Brint Ryan College of Business Hall of Fame in 2025. Lynn currently serves as Chair of the Supply Chain Management Advisory Board at UNT and remains active in the University’s Sigma Nu Alumni Association.
Lynn was elected to the Board of the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), where he now serves as Vice Chair. In 2018, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed Lynn to the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) Board of Directors. He is currently serving his fourth term and is the Chairman of the Customer Service, Projects, and Operations Committee (CSPOC) as well as the Contiguous County Advisory Committee (CCAC).
Chris Todd is a founding member of NT Logistics and currently serves as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. With more than two decades of leadership at NT, Chris has played a central role in transforming the company from a regional startup into a nationally recognized third-party logistics provider.
Since NT’s inception in 1999, Chris has overseen financial strategy, operational growth, and the development of scalable systems that support NT’s evolving service portfolio. His leadership has helped the company expand into new markets, invest in proprietary technologies, and consistently deliver high-value logistics solutions to clients in the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Before joining NT, Chris worked at the forensic accounting firm Matson, Driscoll & Damico, where he specialized in financial statement analysis and litigation support. His background in forensic accounting brings a data-driven, risk-aware mindset to his work, which has been instrumental in shaping NT’s disciplined approach to cost control, compliance, and client service.
Chris is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active member of the Texas Society of CPAs. He holds both a BBA and an MBA from Baylor University.
Alex Fritz serves as Chief Financial Officer at NT Logistics, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis. Since joining NT in 2017, Alex has been instrumental in modernizing the finance function, implementing new forecasting models, and ensuring financial discipline as the company continues to grow and diversify its service offerings.
Alex brings a strong background in corporate finance, with experience spanning multiple industries including mortgage, healthcare, and logistics.
Before NT, he worked with multiple large publicly traded companies, where he developed expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and enterprise reporting. His cross-industry insight and analytical rigor have made him a trusted strategic advisor to the executive team.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Texas Tech University.
Seth Arnoux has spent the last 17 years as a leader in the transportation and logistics industry. He is a specialist at driving out waste and inefficiencies in all processes of the supply chain, gaining experience while working for C.H. Robinson, Oldcastle APG, and working alongside Velocity Transport (since acquired by GEODIS) all prior to joining NT Logistics. Seth received his BSBA from California Coast University.
Sheri and her team joined NT Logistics in April of 2016. She has over 30 years of oilfield transportation and construction equipment experience. Before merging with NT Logistics, Sheri grew her company, Anchor Freight, to carve out a niche in the equipment rental business, later expanding to manufacturers, auction moves, dealers (both OEM and independent) as well as many companies within the oilfield industry. Sheri leads the specialized freight division in Oklahoma City, OK.
