(FRISCO, Texas – March 28, 2022) – NT Logistics, a transportation management and logistics service company, has received the 2020 and 2021 Customer Service Excellence Award for the Southwest Region from BlueTriton Brands, a top provider of water and hydration beverages.
After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual awards event was held in March to present awards for both 2020 and 2021. Jan Pope and Keri McCain of NT Logistics were on hand to receive the awards for the 8th and 9th consecutive years, totaling as the 11th time in the award’s 13-year history.

The Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes excellence in all phases of transportation, as well as tremendous execution toward service to the end customer. The award was branded previously as Nestlé Waters North America prior to the acquisition by BlueTriton Brands in 2021.
