Lynn Gravley Reappointed to North Texas Tollway Authority Board of Directors by Governor Greg Abbott

Grayson County native, UNT alumni and CEO for NT Logistics brings more than 30 years of transportation knowledge and leadership to board role

(FRISCO, Texas – December 8, 2021) – NT Logistics, a leading transportation management and logistics service company, announces that its founder, president and CEO Lynn Gravley has been reappointed to the board of directors for the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Gravley will serve a third board term that runs through August 31, 2023.

Under NTTA bylaws, the governor appoints one board member from a county adjacent to the NTTA’s four-county service area. Grayson was first appointed to the role in 2018. The board governs and oversees the operations of the tollway authority that serves Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties.

“My entire career is dedicated to making both the transportation industry and my company efficient and effective, so it’s an honor to share this passion as a board member in helping our roadways and management operate well. I’m delighted to support NTTA as we seek to provide the best transportation experience for our residents, commuters, and commercial drivers on the roadways,” notes Gravley.

A lifelong resident of Gunter in Grayson County, Gravley brings deep transportation and logistics industry experience to the board. He founded NT Logistics as a third-party logistics provider in 1999 with a singular goal: to help manufacturers and shippers distribute their products safely, efficiently, on time, and at the greatest possible value.

He has been recognized twice as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Southwest Region, and the company with awards from Dallas 100, The Dallas Morning News Top 200 private companies, and as a Top 100 3PL Provider. This fall he was recognized by the University of North Texas Alumni Association with the 2021 Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award.

In addition to NTTA, Gravley provides industry insights and leadership roles including:

A graduate of the University of North Texas, he is a lifelong community servant. Gravely served 12 years as a member and president for the Gunter ISD Board of Trustees and the Gunter ISD Foundation. He is a past board member for Christian Care Centers and active in his local church.
