NT Logistics Customer Service Specialist Keri Adams was recognized at the Nestle’s Carrier Conference on April 17th in Nashville, TN. Graston Norris, Nestle Regional Transportation Manager, presented Keri with the Customer Service Award for the Southeast region. He stated that many people were involved in the selection process and Keri was chosen because of her dedication to customers and excellent work ethic.
Also in attendance at the event were Bob Pope, Vice President of Operations, and Jan Pope, Brokerage General Manager and Vice President for NT Logistics. Jan noted, “We’re so proud of Keri and the outstanding service she provides for our valued customer, Nestle. On behalf of everyone at NT Logistics, we congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.”
NT Logistics has added a new level of commitment to carriers by joining the Transportation Intermediaries Association’s Guaranteed Payment Program (GPP).
NT has been proud to be a member of TIA since 2000, and already participates in TIA’s Platinum Performance Program—a contractual agreement for best practices in customer service and operating performance. And now NT is making another pledge of trust and security for carriers and customers alike by joining the GPP. Through the program, shippers and carriers doing business with a TIA Guaranteed Payment Program Member automatically have their payments protected, up to $100,000. NT Logistics was one of the first of an elite group of companies to become a member of this program that provides guaranteed carrier payments at no charge.
